HOGGONE® microencapsulated Sodium Nitrite Feral Pig Bait is a new concept in totally humane feral pig control. It uses sodium nitrite which is an approved food preservative in low doses but can kill pigs quickly in overdose. Pigs are more susceptible because they lack the protective enzymes present in other species.
A humane pest control solution, the HOGGONE Sodium Nitrite kills pigs quickly by a totally humane mechanism and pigs self-regulate bait uptake, so the bait can control groups of pigs simultaneously. It leaves no environmental residues, reacting quickly and degrading totally once wet, and poses no risk to non-target scavenging animals.
